We meet on site to discuss your needs and wishes. After this meeting an offer of services will be prepared outlining the services to be provided and an estimation of the design fees. We then conduct a site survey and analysis to gather and record site information, assess the sites potential and its constraints. This is all used in the preparation on the base plan, which is the starting point of the design.
As every client is different, and some may only require assistance for the first couple of stages in the design process, flexibility is important. Your individual requirements will be assessed and a design plan will be tailor made to suit your needs and budget.
