If you wear glasses or contacts, please bring them with you. If you have a written copy or the packaging that the contacts came in, we request that you bring that with you as well. Please DON'T wear your contacts into the office on the day of your appointment as this will delay some of the prelimanary testing prior to your visit with the doctor.
Same day appointments are available upon request. Please ask the receptionist if we can accommodate you.
