Nancy Burns has more than 30 years expertise with paint colors for both interior and exterior projects. She personally selects colors and designs for a wide variety of clients in the Bay Area, from homeowners to galleries and restaurants. Architects and designers seek her input for the projects they design -- and for their own offices. The exterior Victorian shown here is one of several hundred exterior projects undertaken by Nancy Burns Painting and Design. With a small, handpicked staff of conscientious tradespeople, Nancy is responsible for bringing exceptional beauty and craftsmanship to the architectural fabric of California.

Design services include all interior and exterior components and finishes. We specialize in creative color, texture, flooring, moldings, windows & doors, lighting. Designs for kitchen and baths from the ground up, or modify your existing space. Natural and sustainable products and finishes are stressed, with each project individually designed. There is nothing "cookie cutter" here, with the emphasis on using each environment's unique qualities, tailored to the client's individual needs.
