Our comfortable, private studio is conveniently located in downtown Eureka. Have aDuet session with a friend on your lunch hour or take a small group mat class in themorning or evening.

All private sessions and mat classes are taught by owner and top Pilates instructor, SusieKidd. Susie, an outdoor enthusiast, also brings an extensive dance background to herPilates training. Learn more about Susie under About Us(link located on the upper left corner).

Solo and Duet Equipment Sessions offer you undivided attention, support, andprofessional training in a private setting. This environment allows you to push yourself toour fullest potential and feel comfortable trying new exercises without distraction.

Private Equipment Sessions utilize the best in Pilates apparatus, such as the Cadillac,Reformer, Stability Chair, Barrels and Springboard and are offered seven days a week byappointment.
