Welcome to ENW, Inc. If you are a long-term client you probably know us for our Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist certifications, our What Works Nutrition Software, as a Weight Management/Sports Nutrition client, or by having purchased nutrition supplements through our site.
After concentrating completely on the subjects above, it was brought to our attention that we were seriously neglecting a major component of what makes our bodies work efficiently. This major component makes up 75% of our body and the majority of organs, bones, muscle mass, blood, etc.
It soon became clear that no matter how good our clients nutrition programs and practices were, without addressing this major component, they were missing 75% of the equation.
This major component we are talking about is WATER! You, like me, are probably thinking that water is just water. If that is the case, I challenge you to go to your bathroom, scoop up a glass of toilet water, and drink up.
Hmmm, so maybe not all water is created equalwe found this to be the case, just like there are several grades of gasoline, wine, food, etc. there are also many different grades of water.
Since November of 2007 we have been researching water and more specifically the different grades and types of water. In early November 2007 a new client came to my office for a weight management program, and stated In the last 90 days, I have lost 30 pounds drinking waterand now that I have reached a plateau, I need your help.
It was this statement that had me at disbelief at first (I too used to think that water is just water) and after putting her water to the test, along with many other waters that were touted on the Internet to be better but cheaper, our entire world changed.
Things changed so much so, that we completely changed our business model and are now spending 90 percent of our time focusing on that oh so very important 75 percent of our bodies — WATER, and very little on supplementation and or diet.
I know, it sounds too good to be true, rest assured that we felt the same way. What we found though is that we can now reach many more people and help them address the majority of their health challenges (not just weight and/or sports nutrition) with something as simple as water.
