Wholism (also spelled Holism) is a principle of “wholeness.” As a Wholistic practitioner, I trust in the wisdom of nature and in your own innate capacity to transform your life for the better. Let’s sit down over a cup of tea and chat about what you would like to achieve and the approach(es) that interest you. I offer hypnotherapy, massage therapy and Reiki, alone or in combination. Once clear we will work together toward those intentions. Assuming that the body, mind and spirit work together, we will make each session a sacred space for transformation. Rapport, intuition, compassion and respect will guide my work and aid your journey into relaxation, healing and self-discovery. Whether we go in through the body or the mind, relaxation can be a powerful tool for comfort and for change.

I have advanced training in Medical Hypnotherapy and the use of Hypnotherapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Medical Hypnotherapy includes skills in pre-and post-opperative hypnotherapy to reduce anxiety, manage pain and to enhance recovery. I also have speical training in the use of Hypnotherapy for clients with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.) I offer not only individual sessions but also work in conjunction with psychotherapists and psychiatrists for a unified approach to client care. more

Massage is ancient and worldwide. As touch is deeply nurturing and life-affirming, it can soothe tension, ease pain, restore health and maintain harmony.
I have over logged over 2,000 supervised hours in chiropracitc and acupuncture clinics and offer pain-specific modalities that address: headaches, TMJ (Jaw grining and clencing) sciatica and much more. Reiki is a healing system that uses the "laying on of hands" to promote healing and balance. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I incorporate Reiki into all healing sessions. more
