Our home inspection clients are typically buyers or sellers who need a clear understanding of property conditions. Home sellers are increasingly using our services as they enable buyers to make informed purchase decisions. A smart seller will review our report with their agent and decide which improvements are best made before the property is put on the market, and which items are best left as disclosure items. A good approach is to obtain a contractors bid or estimate to correct any significant defects. Buyers will often make their offer with few or no contingencies when they see that a high quality due diligence inspection report has been provided.
Our custom-designed COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONDITION REPORTS may include Engineering reviews, Phase One Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Cost Estimates, HVAC reports, ADA reviews, and other services specified in the ASTM Property Condition Assessments, or ASTM PCA E2018-08.
