After earning his law degree from Santa Clara University, Douglas Scott Maynard earned his post doctorate degree in tax law, an LL.M. (Taxation) from New York University. After 30 years practicing law, he is an experienced tax attorney and able litigator who can take on the most difficult of adversaries. Moira A. Hogan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Santa Clara. She joined the firm as an attorney in 1993 and has broad experience in divorce and family law, as well as the other areas of the firms practice. Both have been recognized as among the Top Attorneys in Silicon Valley by San Jose Magazine.
