Located in Santa Rosa, CA., we offer hundreds of wonderful sewing, quilting and embroidery classes each year. Viking, Pfaff and Singer Sewing Machines are our specialty, and not only do we carry the complete lines in these fantastic machines, we also offer sewing machine repair services.

SEW CHIC, SEW TRENDY BIG EVENT!!!
Dawn Rumbutis will present this exciting 6-hour demonstration. The event focuses on trends in the marketplace today, illustrating how to achieve the same results yourself using your sewing machines and accessories. Demonstrations are designed to be informative, fun and easy! Inspirational samples will illustrate how various techniques can be applied to your fashion sewing, home dcor, quilting and more. Our educator will share tips for success and offer suggestions to give you even more creative ideas. A number of topics will be covered, including:
Fun effects with ruffles, pleats and gathering
Creative piping techniques
Surface embellishment to add dimension and texture
Inspiring ideas for using decorative stitches

Dawn Rumbutis studied Fashion Merchandising in Kentucky and Fashion Design in New York. Among Dawns specialties are wearable art as well as fashion and jewelry design. She has published in Jenny Haskins magazine, Creative Expressions, as well as Designs in Machine Embroidery magazine. She is known for her contagious excitement and energy which she expresses in her presentations as she inspires others.
