Field Maintenance has more than 23 years of experience in general building, specifically:

Concrete stair replacement (by the stair or run)
Metal railings, guardrails, and balconies

Stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel welding

Safety is our number-one concern. With $2 million in liability insurance and a 7- step project process, Frank E. Wise brings rigor to the construction process. Field Maintenance builds new or repairs and replaces metal structures and components in both commercial and private residences.
Field Maintenance has customized metal gates for pool entrances for homes on golf courses, and we have performed insurance upgrades or code requirements on metal railings, fences, guardrails, balconies, and handicap entrances. Field Maintenance can replace concrete stair steps to meet new code standards (floating to enclosed). Hourly consulting is available upon request.
Frank E. Wise, owner and operator, is an S.M.A.W. Certified 6G Weldor and is also a Certified Silver Brazer up to 2 Inches.
