Chateaux Construction & Management Company was founded in the California Bay Area in 1982. It was licensed and incorporated in Nevada in 2000 as Chateaux Construction Company Inc. Our focus has always been on delivering the highest quality building standards without compromise. We employ the finest craftsmen and use exceptionally qualified subcontractors. Located in Incline Village for 20 years, we are licensed and bonded as a General Building Contractor in both Nevada and California.

Over the years we have built many fine custom homes, light commercial buildings, and extensive remodels - refining our techniques, skills and procedures. We work with our clients to budget their projects, often suggesting minor changes or alternatives to insure that they maximize their investment. Our attention to detail and to our clients go way beyond the construction plans. We work hand-in-hand with the Architect, Designer and the homeowner to achieve that every aspect of the design is satisfied.
