Attorney Ravit Rae Halperin graduated from the City University of New York Law School. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Immigration Section. She is admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and is a Member of the Utah State Bar (Not Admitted in California).
Immigration has always been my passion, ever since my law school internship with Main Street Legal Services where I attended the City University Law School at Queens and gained experience working closely with indigent clients in complex immigration cases.
Presently, the firm exclusively practices federal Immigration Law. Ms. Halperin was previously employed as a senior attorney for one of the largest immigration firms in CA, also specializing solely in the practice of Immigration Law. Having approximately ten years of Immigration hands on experience, she has developed excellent oral advocacy skills as well as strong character and interpersonal skills. She has supervised Associate Attorneys in a highly demanding office and has successfully represented hundreds of clients in political asylum, withholding of deportation, and relief under the Torture Convention before CIS officers in various asylum offices, Immigration Courts throughout the country, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
