Pacific Pride Commercial Cardlock Fueling System is a nationwide network of 24 hour Cardlock Fueling Stations. Cardlock fueling offers Security, Control and Convenience with respect to your fueling needs.
SECURITYAs a member of the Pacific Pride fueling network you will be issued cards which work similar to automated bank teller cards. Each card has a unique PIN which protects against unauthorized use and provides accountability towards abuse.
CONTROLWhen the card is inserted into the cardreader at the pump, information entered into the keypad is automatically fed into our computer system. This information can be both odometer readings and/or any other numerical information that will help you track your fuel; indicating routes, vehicles, manifests, inventory, etc. enabling us to provide you with an accurate summary of your fuel usage.
Accounts can be Custom Designed to limit, track and itemize fuel purchases. Fuel can be restricted based on gallons per fueling or type of fuel.
Bi-monthly invoices show a detailed report of fuel usage. Statements include the date, time and location of purchases, type of product, quantity, unit price, miles per gallon, and a complete breakdown of all Federal, State and local taxes.
