The US Immigration Maze – Let’s Show You the Way *

US Immigration Relocation Help is at Hand - If you're feeling completely lost in trying to find your way through the US Immigration maze, then I'm delighted you have found my website. As a British lawyer Ive successfully done it and now Im dedicated to helping you realize your American Dream. Lets start today!

US Immigration Help: Hi – my name is Chris M.Ingram from Northampton, England, now based in, Valencia,Los Angeles,California. If you’re looking for some realimmigration help you’ve definitely come to the right place.Iprovide free initial consultations so you can relax and put your credit card awaywhile you receivesome honest free immigration advice.OnceI havediscussed your situation with you via email or telephone and identified some realistic possible immigration solutions you can decide whether or not to get the ball rolling. Maybe then we can discuss fees. Doesn’t that sound fair?

I’m sure that if you have done any amount of online US immigration research you may feel more confused now than when you started! There are so many websites out there trying to entice youto go with them. Of course, that onlymakes sense -websites are onlineretail stores looking for customers. This was my experience when I lived in the UK and was looking to move to the US. Every website I went to had maybe one piece of the puzzle and no matter how many websites I went to I could never get a comprehensive understandingof everything. Even the US Embassy websiteis the same.
Thats why I call it the US Immigration Maze.

US Immigration - We are delighted to work with people from all walks of life. If you want to relocate we'll do our best to help you find your unique path to achieve your goal. Check out the various pages on our website and let us know which options might work best for you.

Every website has an apparent ‘careful limit’ to the amount of information they give you. They are deliberately trying to not give you the entire picture simply because they do not want you totake their information and do it yourself. There are also many kinds of liability issues the writers of these web pages are trying to deal with. There is no one rule that fits everyone. One person (alien) may have a degree but a criminalconviction, whilst another person has a degree, no conviction but overstayed a previous visit to the US.Another may have a degree, no conviction, no previous overstay, and has a US girlfriend. I could go on listing many variations in a graduates personal circumstance that wouldsignificantly change the advice that should be given. No website can cater to everyone.
When you know what it feels like to go to the Embassy and be turneddown and then have to go through the process again until youre successful, that experience is invaluable in relating to clients. That gut-wrenching feeling of disappointment and angst? Yes, Ive been there, got the T-shirt, video, CD,DVD, special edition, DirectorsCut and poster to prove it! In fact, every client from the very start of the process all the way to US citizenship has to go through a complete range of emotions and experiences. We just try to make sure that were there with them every step of the way -making sure that we deal with every bump in the road.

US Immigration - I can't tell you how rewarding it is to enable a family to relocate to the US. For many people it has been an ambition of a life time and now it's a reality. For me there is nothing more rewarding. I cant wait for my next client so I can do it all over again.

Everyday I am rewarded withemails from prospective clients saying how much theyve enjoyed reading the materials on our website and how much it helped them. It really does make a big difference in your immigration thinking as a lawyer when you have personally experienced the immigration process first-hand.
US Immigration really is a minefield; describing it as a maze ispolite. US Immigration officers make decisions everyday that can make a dream or ruin it at the stroke of a pen. Maybe the US Immigration officer got a bad nights sleep, or has other negative issues to deal with that put them in a really bad mood, who knows? When they come toreview one of our prepared cases, we want them to think twice before they pick a fight with us. We want them toapprove the case. I want to make their day byreminding them what a highly professionally prepared case looks like: thecase that is a joy to read rather than a chore.
We are US Immigration Lawyers Dedicated to Your American Dream: We have taken a number of immigration visa types to focus on and dedicate ourselves to help as many people as possible relocate the right way. For example, for families who have significant equity in their home we might discuss the E2 visa option with them. We have clients who have a business in their home country who would consider opening another branch in the US, and this would open up an L1 visadiscussion. Almost everyday we get enquiries from couples who have found love on the internet and are thinking about getting married, for them we’d discuss the K1 visaoption and for those married couples (one of which a US citizen) we discuss the K3 visa option or simply a “Direct to Green Card” option.

We also work with a lot of people of any age who may be thinking about going to college as a starting point for their immigration journey, for them we’d talk about the F1 Student visa and talk about the work permit opportunities that could be available after the first year. Amongst our favourite cases are those people working in the entertainment industry. Here we’d talk about the O1 visa and EB1 visato get them relocated in the shortest possible time. For those clients who are working at a very high level perhaps earning more than $100,000 per year the EB1 visafor business is also an interestingoption worth discussing. Our goal is to help as many people as possible, for aliens who have a BA degree or 12 years experience in their job rising into a management position -the H-1B visa could be their ticket. The truth is, if you are really serious about relocating and are prepared to do what is required in order to satisfy the US Immigration requirements then most likely we’ll probably be able to help you.

Relocating is not easy or straight forward, half the planet would like to move to the richest countries and America is number 1 on that list. America has one of the toughest immigration policies in the world. Take ourUS Immigration Relocation Checklistto see if you have a profile that fits any of the US Immigration options available. If you can answer “yes” to any of the questions then please complete our consultation questionnaire and we’ll be more than happy to work with you.
I hope thisarticle helps to give you a little more insight intothe world of US Immigration. Talk to us, we really care and want tohelp as many people as we can. No matter what your immigration issue, youll feel better talking to us about it.
I’m so glad you found us, now let’s get the ball rolling!

Awful service - was told our case (Company relocation) would take around 2 weeks in March - they've had loads of money from us and made other date ready promises and still haven't lodged our files. This is a corporate relocation from a big international company - lawyers won't return calls, I keep getting put on to the office assistant who seems to have a set list of platitudes to read out
