It was 1993 when Cynthia LVN first arrived at Oxford HealthCare in Southern California. Her first case was unfortunately very brief and, because of the limited availability, Oxford offered her a new case that only included respite care. Cynthia was unsure about the new case with limited hours but agreed to accept it on a trial basis. Her new patient would be a five-month-old baby girl named Tiffany.
