Founded in 1985, Rickard Specialty Metals & Engineering supplies specialty metals and finished and semi-finished products to the aerospace, military, medical, marine, chemical, nuclear, electronics, shipbuilding, oil and gas, and other high-tech industries. Over the past two decades, we have established a reputation for flexibility, innovation and superior quality, and earned the approval of some of the nation’s leading manufacturers. We have provided titanium forgings for the Boeing 787 and worked with titanium alloys to fabricate products for NASA. We are especially proud of our participation in the NASA Ares Rocket launch abort system, part of NASA’s Project Constellation which is the replacement system for the aging space shuttle fleet.
