Fast Electronic Home Inspection Reports
His report can be produced and provided to the client and their realtor at the time of the inspection. The computer report is easy to understand, with extensive use of photographs to document the areas of concern. The written report and photographs are presented in a three ring binder with extensive supplementary information, both about the defects and about how to maintain the property in optimum condition. The report can also be immediately sent electronically to interested parties.

Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make. This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection. The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the home being inspected. We are determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, with integrity. For a buyer, we make sure that they know and understand every material fact about the property that they are purchasing. For sellers, we will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, to minimize chances of a buyer coming back and questioning anything regarding the property.

A home purchase is likely the largest investment of our lives in terms of both money and time; it significantly defines our entire lifestyle. Every aspect of the property is important. The majority of our business is from client referrals and from real estate agent recommendations, but we work directly for the client. Our job is to insure that the client understands every item that may be reported. Our job does not end after the report is completed.
