For the treatment of chronic pain and acute pain, we employ traditional pain treatments such as medications, joint injections, and local muscle trigger point injections. Synvisc-One injections and Supartz injections are performed for knee arthritis. There is also a neighboring physical therapy practice that we trust. In house diagnostic testing includes EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies. In addition, we are embracing of alternative medicine options, including mind-body medicine, and referrals for acupuncture, massage therapy, and others.

Industrial medicine is also a focus of the practice. We take a wide variety of Worker's Compensation cases, including low back injuries, neck injuries and other heavy labor injuries, as well as office-based injuries such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Auto accident injuries, including whiplash injuries, are also treated. In addition, we see sports medicine cases, providing care for anything from sprain/strain injuries to disk herniations or pinched nerves. Headaches are also treated, including migraines.

A comprehensive medical weight loss program is available, which involves meal replacements, nutritional counseling and exercise instruction, in addition to the latest in weight loss medications.
Cosmetic services are available, including Botox injections for facial wrinkles and for excessive armpit sweating. Dr. Fatteh also performs Botox injections for headache management. Dermal Filler Injections are available for filling in facial lines around the nose and mouth. And, mesotherapy injections are available for dissolving fat, especially around the chin.

Addiction medicine is also an area of emphasis, specific to the treatment of narcotic addiction. Treatment options in this area include the use Buprenex, a form of Buprenorphine, to help curb narcotic addiction.
