Based just outside Santa Rosa, California, our two attorneys Becky Rasmason* and Janice Downey serve clients throughout the North Bay area. When you hire one of us to represent you, that person will continue to be your lawyer over the duration of your case.
At the Family Law Center, we are exclusively dedicated to family law, encompassing divorce, child custody and support, same-sex couple issues, paternity, and related topics.
We believe that a legal practice should be targeted toward each client's needs. Many of our clients are looking for full-service representation, but some are more limited representation for drafting a single document or making a single court appearance. We can take either approach based on your goals and preferences.
