Our Mission is to provide specialty services that are state of the art, comprehensive, and family-centered in order to improve the health and well being of infants, children, adolescents and mothers with high-risk pregnancies.
For the Physicians of Children's Specialists, children are not just a part of their practice, they are the entire focus and have been for over 30 years. Children's Specialists has more than 150 pediatric, adolescent, and maternal/fetal medicine specialists who provide a full spectrum of outpatient and inpatient care in 27 specialties.

Dr. Ilona Szer receives 2010 National Juvenile Arthritis Award of Excellence’s “Earl Brewer for Physician Leadership Award”
The Earl Brewer Award for Physician Leadership is presented to a physician who has fostered a reputation for excellence in his or her field; developed an approach or strategy in research and service in pediatric rheumatology that is considered a model approach or system by his or her peers, can be replicated by other professionals and that has had an impact on his or her local care system; and has been involved with patient care and been an advocate for children with rheumatic diseases.

The first of its kind in the country, The Eczema Center practices comprehensive patient care and is committed to integrating basic and clinical research for prevention and improved treatment of eczematous dermatitis.
