Koczanowicz & Donaldson was located in the beautiful Oakhurst area, less than 15 miles from Yosemite National Park. From this location the firm has been providing legal services to clients in California and other states. The firm serves as the City Attorney for the City of Grover Beach and as legal counsel for the Del Rey Community Services District. Additionally, the list of clients includes companies and individuals throughout the entire State of California, as well as Idaho, Oregon and Montana.
The firm offers its clients 46 years of combined legal experience. This experience includes the entire spectrum of legal services from proactive legal counseling directed at avoidance or prevention of legal disputes, through all stages of litigation and appellate work. Additionally, the firm is available to provide third-party neutral or mediation services.
As of April 15, 2009, our firm has merged with a larger Northern California law firm. Mr. Koczanowicz and Mr. Donaldson joined the firm of Cota Cole & Associates, and moved the office to a new location at 730 North I Street, Suite 206, Madera, California 93637. The move will provide our new and future clients with the resources and experience of a 10-attorney firm.
