Learn French at the Alliance: Now Enrolling for Fall 2 Term

The Alliance of Los Angeles has classes for all levels and interests. Our programs feature native-fluent, experienced teachers who create a lively and highly interactive dynamic in small group classes (4-6 students). Classes meet in our offices which are conveniently located on the corner of
Santa Monica and Beverly Glen in Century City.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 10 Cheese and Wine Tasting: The Auvergne RegionOn November 10, Andrew Steiner from Andrews Cheese shop in Santa Monica will welcome us again into his store for a special after hours tasting of the wine and cheeses from the Auvergne region. Come be a part of this intimate class that will focus on understanding and appreciating what makes these seasonal cheeses so special.
Andrew is a passionate lover of cheese and after spending 24 years in the restaurant world, including acting as Maitre de Fromage at Joachim Splichals Patina, he decided to open his own cheese shop. His hospitality, sense of humor, and love of cheese is infectious. With Andrew as our guide, this promises to be an exciting, epicurean journey through the countryside of the Auvergne region.When?
