The last week of October was filled with blood-dripping axes, chainsaws, beds, walls, ceilings, the dismembered, disembodied, and complete overload of teens and terror. Basically, everything we'd hoped for to liven up the peace and serenity of the park.
As is typical with theme-park rides, droves of visitors get their feet and backs tortured while waiting in line to have a bunch of rude monsters make you forget anything beyond a hope for survival. Such is a big part of the appeal and attraction of Halloween . . . for some reason.
