other accommodating a total of 14 people. The Venetian Suite is a large two bedroom, which can fit 6-8 people, and occupies the entire first floor. The Ocean Breeze Suite is a studio located on the second floor, with a balcony overlooking a vintage street leading to the beach. This suite is perfect for one person or a couple. The Terrace Suite has two bedrooms and is located on the second floor, with a large deck area facing the south. This suite can fit from4-6 people. Private parking and surfboard storage is provided for all suites.

Each suite is accessorized with large HD LCD flatscreen tv's w/ both DVR/DVD capabilities,and direct tv, xfm radio, ipod dockingstations,wireless/ DSLinternetaccess(w/landline back up),queen beds in all bedrooms(master bedroom in The VenetianSuitehas a king size bed), queen sizepull out couches inliving rooms of The Venetianand Terrace Suites,an outside area for dining/eating or barbecuing, localized heat,ceiling fans in all bedrooms, access to washer & dryer, and privateoff street parking provided.
