THE MATWORK originally called “Contrology,” utilizes a repertoire of exercises done on a floor mat. It is a great forum in which to learn and master the key principles of Pilates.

THE REFORMER is the most recognizable piece of equipment used in Pilates exercise. It glides forward and backward on rollers and uses resistance against adjustable tensioned springs.
