Welcome to the Law and Mediation office of Michele G. McInaney. Since 1986, I have offered a more client-centered choice for couples on the divorce journey. There is power, healing and hope in people sitting at a table and talking directly to each other, especially when children are involved. Both Mediation and Collaborative Practice offer a way to survive your divorce and save your sanity and your future - without going to court.

Most couples do not have unlimited financial resources and cannot participate in a protracted court battle. It makes sense to direct your financial resources toward resolving issues that most directly affect your future and the future of your children.
