For your convenience, the cleaners provide all the cleaning solutions, supplies, and equipment. If you prefer, they can also accommodate your request to use your own cleaning supplies and equipment in your home.

In the event you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please inform us within 24 hours of your appointment so that we can discuss your concerns with the cleaner. This will allow them to quickly contact you and arrange to return to your home to address the problem, and to ensure that you will be 100% completely satisfied with the end results.
