If the SSID of your Netgear Nighthawk router is still in the factory setting, it means you have not changed it yet. To change the router SSID and password, download the Netgear nighthawk app and access the dashboard of your router. A failed extension between your Nighthawk router and other wireless devices causes no or weak internet connection.
