Who is All Venue Notary Network?
A.V. Notary Network is a regional organization of Notaries, created and developed by Notaries for the benefit of Notaries and their communities. Our mission is to educate and to providing regional networking, marketing and community service.
The profession of a Notary Public is a very important part of society. Notaries affect people's lives everyday by doing their job with professionalism and integrity. Whether it is the sale or purchase of property, giving powers of attorney to another person or just a myriad of business documents of all kinds, the Notary is an integral part in deterring fraud by verifying the identity and willingness of our signers. The reason AV Notary Network was established was to have notaries work in their communities to provide this important service and to increase the training and professionalism of California Notaries.

Become a California Notary Public! Are you Ready? Whether you are becoming a Notary Public or renewing your Notary commission, you are required to take the California Notary state proctored exam and must complete an approved Notary Public course. A.V. Notary Network is a California Approved Notary Education Vendor #600045 and provides the option of taking a Live Notary Class class or an approved Home Study Course from the comfort of your own home or office. The course material is the same for both the Live Class or the Home Study Course, which allows you to choose which ever works best for your schedule. Our Notary education classes meet and exceed the Secretary of State requirements and include the 108 required points that you must know to pass the state exam plus 'real world' situation examples.

The Home Study Course offers you the freedom and flexibility to study at your own pace in your own environment. This course is a self-paced course that contains all of the 108 required knowledge points and has a 6-Hour requirement including study time, taking and correcting the 100 practice tests questions and review. There is no extra added pressure to pass an online test for your certificate. Our mission is to have you relaxed, confident and prepared to pass the State-Proctored Notary Exam the first time and even more important to know how to be a well prepared Notary Public.
Find a Notary!Our organization’s members are commissioned Notaries that are educated in current legislation and regulations for notarization who provide Notarial service at the convenience of their clients. Many of our members attend continuing education trainings and events to continally improve their skills. Yes, as Notaries we do make a difference in our communities!

Special Notary Events
A.V. Notary Network organizes and sponsors special events and training with interesting speakers in various regions providing additional training to notaries. Past events have included topics such as Fighting Real Estate Fraud and Senior Abuse, Escrow & Title procedures, Reverse Mortgage Training, Real World Notary Training, New Law & Refresher Training and many other topics.
We had our inaugural Seminar at Sea Cruise in February, 2008 with special guest speakers Detective Christ Christopher and Deputy DA David Fleck, co-authors of the 2006 and 2008 notary laws for the state of California speaking on Real Estate Fraud. We are in planning stages for our next 7 day cruise for October 2011. So come and enjoy, have fun, increase your skill and knowledge as a notary and write it off.

A.V. Notary Network is constantly researching new products that are useful in the Notary’s daily duties. Notaries can spend a fortune on products that are many times of poor quality or that they might not ever use. We only recommend the highest quality journals, seals, thumb printers, etc that gives the Notary the best “tools” to work with. We have a few proprietary items to add security to your notarizations.
