Located on the observatory's lower level between the Gunther Depths of Space exhibit hall and the Gottlieb Transit Corridor, the Café at the End of the Universe is the perfect place for a leisurely meal or a quick bite. Seating is available inside the café or outdoors on the Sunset Terrace where guests can enjoy views of the City and the Hollywood Sign. Set in a casual dining atmosphere with several culinary options including soups du jour, fresh sandwiches, wraps and other daily-made items in our Grab-n-Go cooler, plus a self-serve salad bar and “telescope-friendly” hot entrée counter. For larger groups or those looking to plan ahead, museum-goers may also order pre-packaged box lunches by contacting the cafe. You don't need tickets to the Griffith Observatory to dine at Griffith Café.
