We accept referrals from counsel where conflicts of interest exist or may develop or where our firm’s unique services are needed. We are eager to assist in co-counsel arrangements, as lead or local counsel, where counsel and clients see our superior talents and focus. In all cases, we respect the attorney-client relationship between the client and referring counsel and value the opportunity to serve the client in what may be a single engagement. Because we are a law firm with vast jury trial experience, we are frequently called to come in and finish cases by serving as trial counsel for attorneys who lack our experience.
