For the last 19 years I’ve been helping clients navigate the personal recovery process and the trials and tribulations they come with it. Recovery can be complicated and is specifically unique to each person. The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you. My goal for you is to have several different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. I am direct and solution-focused. We'll work collaboratively to address the issues that are bothering you right now.
