Some information about getting a property inspection:
Gathering information is an important part of making an informed
purchase. Having a qualified, experienced, thorough property
inspector to help assess the condition of what is generally an
expensive purchase is just good consumerism. Your inspector
should be well educated in the property inspection field, be very
experienced, and have an excellent reputation for quality, service

Darrell Bell, owner/inspector of Quest Inspection Services has
inspected full time since 1989, which includes thousands of
property inspections! Darrell is a committed, experienced and
qualified inspector and consumer advocate.
A Quest Inspection Services inspection includes among other
things: the grounds around the building, the pool and/or spa( if
present and requested), the exposed and readily accessible parts of
the foundation, the exposed and readily accessible parts of the
attic and crawl space ( under the house), the visible components of
the plumbing and electrical systems, the heating and air
conditioning systems, the water heater, the roof covering, the
fireplace and chimney, the building exterior, the doors and
windows, the interior of the building, the garage, auto doors and
openers, the built in appliances and much more. Of course the
inspection only includes that which is not buried, or is concealed,
inaccessible. The inspection a limited, visual inspection meant to
be the first line of discovery. Items that are not inspected are
typically due to concealment, inaccessibility or are specialty items.
An inspection agreement denoting limitations, exclusions and
exceptions will be provided to you for your reading and
understanding prior to reviewing and distributing the inspection.

check list! Descriptive and informative details are documented
throughout the report with discrepancy items highlighted with
capitalized black print. The report is straight forward and easy to
