I rate them a one for answering the phone I called around 8 or 9 on da morning set a appointment at 4 the lady said the lock Smith will call me 30 minutes before 4 but I still ant received no calls. They could just let me know instead of just waiting my time I could of just went to a different company. Dnt waist yo time find a different lock Smith
