Featuring updated Mexican classics made with fresh, flavorful ingredients, utilizing all-natural meats, organic and locally grown produce, Tortilla Republic sets the bar for fresh, bold Mexican flavors. Some of our most popular menu items include our Queso Fundido, Huaraches, Enchiladas Suizas, Mole, Lobster Enchiladas, Relleno Poblano, Tacos de Jicama, and our Ceviche.
