I needed a new water heater replaced to be up to code after a SCEP inspection from the city of LA. I shopped around and got 3 bids and Lords was the best bid. Cross checked if they were up-charging me on the unit price for my commercial water heater (they were not) and they were great from start to finish, including pulling the permit for me with the city.
I interacted with 4 people from this company in person (including the owner) and all were honest and to the point about what we had to (and did not have to) do. Very happy to have found an honest plumbing company that I will use for big jobs in the future that need to be done correctly and/or need to pull a permit for.”
