Colton, California is where it all began. In 1991, Summit College opened its doors to Californians seeking to continue their educations and further their careers. Across three convenient California locations, Summit offers programs in Allied Health, business and trade and technical occupations. When it opened, the Colton campusspanned a mere 5,000 square feet and served approximately 50 students. Today, the campus has expanded to encompass more than 75,000 square feet and house classes for upwards of 1,000 aspiring skilled trade professionals. Part of that expansion included an auxiliary building that is home to the welding and HVAC programs.
