I chose to go with In-N-Out because of Kenny's helpfulness and willingness to take the responsibility of not only cleaning the windows, but putting the "sparkle" back into some amazing crystal chandeliers and other un-reachable lighting fixtures. He thoroughly cleaned and deodorized the carpeting and seriously tackled the dinghy marble floors, when the only other option would have bee to spend many, many thousands of dollars to have them refinished (not in the budget). And, he did all this at a sum that was very reasonable! He and his crew were prompt, timely and extremely courteous.
