We represent Employers against direct liability arising out of Uninsured and Uninsurable Workers' Compensation issues. We are able to assist Small Employers and Property Owners who find themselves facing WC claims without insurance. Although most Employers have WC insurance, allegations of WC Discrimination (Labor Code 132a) or Serious and Willful Misconduct (Labor Code 4553) are not covered by WC policies.
