Dr Phil Chen is a highly educated and skilled dentist in Modesto, Ceres, and Turlock areas. He strives to accomplish all the latest dental techniques. He has also taken care to assemble one of the finest dental staffs to provide our patients with the best quality care in a relaxing and comforting environment. Dr. Phil Chen has been practicing dentistry in Modesto for over 10 Years. He received his dental degree from University of the Pacific and his undergraduate degree from UCLA, and Masters at UC Irvine. Dr. Chen enjoys serving and working with all the wonderful people from the Modesto area community. The aspect he most enjoys about his job is meeting the new patients and helping them get the dental care they need.
