Coming from humble beginnings, SkinCare by Alana was founded in 2005 in a 70 square foot room. Owner and Founder Alana Mitchell created the company with one goal in mind: to deliver the very first online day spa experience!

After graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Alana went on to acquire her esthetician’s license from the State Board of Barber and Cosmetology of California. With her education in tow, and a lifetime of knowledge from growing up in the beauty industry, Alana set forth to create a business based on a customized shopping experience, and therefore, beautiful results!

SkinCare by Alana has experienced tremendous growth over the last 10 years, and has grown to accommodate hundreds of the most highly sought after natural, organic, and spa-exclusive brands. Alana’s customer service team is comprised of highly knowledgeable estheticians, all of whom are trained by Alana herself! Customers are encouraged to reach out via phone call, email, live chat, or most recently, Alana’s skincare app, where estheticians work one-on-one with clients to select the very best products for their skin type and needs.
