Mr. Kaizuka has taken specialized courses relating to DUI and is qualified to Administer Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST) and obtained a certificate of training in Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE).  The course were developed by the National Highway Traffic Administration (NTSA) and the International Association of Chief of Police (IACP) which is the same training course that law enforcement officers are given.
