Extreme Power Gym is the only Traditional Muay Thai School in San Diego County. Once an individual is educated and trained properly in the areas of performance, Nutrition, Bio mechanics, Cardiovascular/Respiratory endurance training, flexibility, and specified resistance training, they should then be fully equipped to accomplish whatever goal they desire to achieve.
