BIOGRAPHY:

Ezra H. Kantor, D.D.S.

Dr. Ezra H. Kantor graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1972, achieving membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national honor society for dentistry. The following year he completed a general practice residency at The Bronx Lebanon Hospital. After working for a year as an associate in private practice, Dr. Kantor entered into a residency program for prosthodontia, the specialty for esthetic and restorative dentistry at the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Dental Medicine. At the end of his two year program, he married Jill and relocated to California.

Dr. Kantor obtained a position as Associate Professor of Prosthodontia at the University of the Pacific and began a private practice in San Rafael, California. He specializes in implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, and tooth colored restorations. He has been restoring implants for more than 25 years of the 42 he has practiced and has been placing his own for more than 15 years.

He became a dentist because he enjoys working with his hands. He paints, draws, sculpts and makes models. Ship models have recently been of particular interest.

 Meet the Associate
 Grey F. Kantor, D.D.S.

 Dr. Grey Kantor went to college at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering. Subsequently, he went to work for a firm in southern California where he found computer work wasn’t for him. Dr. Ezra Kantor was presently surprised when he decided to see if dentistry was for him. He assisted his father and some of his colleagues at the chair side and worked at the front desk as well, ultimately deciding that working with his hands and human contact were the factors he had been missing in his professional life.

Dr. Grey Kantor graduated from UOP Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry with high honors. He is currently a faculty member at his alma mater where he teaches integrated reconstructive dental sciences.

Dr. Grey loves the outdoors and especially loves to surf, but he also enjoys snowboarding, fly-fishing and rock climbing.Recently he became engaged to be married. His fiance, Camille, and Dr. Grey will have their ceremony late 2015. She is a scientist, presently doing research in molecular genetics.

BUSINESS HISTORY

Established in 1977, this practice has been continuously serving the people of Marin and surrounding counties with restorative and family dental services since its inception. The practice consists of father and son dentists bringing modern techniques and experience to your dental care. They collaborate on procedures and treatment plans providing the patient with two doctors opinions at no extra charge. Dr. Grey Kantor is currently a faculty member at his alma mater UOP Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry where he teaches integrated reconstructive dental sciences.
