Nevine began her Real Estate career, combining her love of design, building and helping others find the right home. She acquired her License in 2012. Nevine started her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Carlsbad and has joined Carrington Real Estate Services as of April 2015. She enjoys working with home buyers, sellers and investors and one of her favorite things is to find the home that is “just right” for her buyers. She has degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. Nevine is a member of The National Association of Women in Real Estate Businesses (NAWRB) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Nevine worked in the construction industry for more than 20 years as an estimator, project manager and staff accountant. She is very detail oriented and has good working knowledge of plan reading and interpreting specifications as they relate to project design criteria, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, quality control and subcontractor management.

Nevine speaks Arabic and French. She was born in Egypt and immigrated to the United States in 1982. She has lived in the San Diego North County area since. Her children were students in The Carlsbad School District and she was involved in the north county community.

When she is not working, Nevine enjoys yoga, cooking and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
