Ms. Catarina M. Benitez is a fierce advocate for families, homeowners, and businesses. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Fresno County Bar Association, and Fresno County Women Lawyers Association. She also devotes extensive volunteer time to Children's Hospital Central California through her guild created in May of the year 2008, La Visionaria. 

Ms. Benitez is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Courts for every district of California.

Before entering the legal field, Ms. Benitez worked in the educational field working with students throughout the Central Valley, in the political sector, and in the field of public relations assisting business both large and small achieve success. Upon admission to the California Bar, Ms. Benitez represented the banking industry before finding her "true calling" of providing representation to individuals with their family and financial needs.

Catarina studied at the University of Southern California and then attended the San Joaquin College of Law to receive her graduate school education. She remained in Fresno County after attending law school in order to continue her career in the Central Valley.

She now has two separate offices, one located in Clovis, and the other in Madera in the Central Valley of California to serve her clients. She practices law in nine different areas including bankruptcy, business litigation, consumer litigation, family law, foreclosure, mortgage, and predatory lending disputes, juvenile dependency law, real property litigation, and unlawful detainer. She has made prominent space for herself in these areas due to her success with some major cases.
