I am a very long-time resident of Turlock. I have been originating loans in Turlock since 1994 when I first got my real estate license. I absolutely love working with buyers who are looking to fulfill their "American Dream." A very high percentage of my clients become repeat clients and friends. These are people whom I run into on a daily basis, whether at the grocery store, the gym, or community events.
I have been with Scenic Oaks Funding for two years. I am still very pleased with my decision to make the move from a very corporate environment to Scenic Oaks. I believe as loan officers, we need to stay in touch with our "Moral Compass" at all times, and Scenic Oaks not only respects that but insists on it.
There have been many changes in the way we do business in the last few years. One of the most recent changes is the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Systems exams, which I have completed both the national and state components, as well as continuing education in real estate and mortgage lending.
My husband, Dennis Oliveira, and I own and operate a local electrical-low voltage business, "Soundscapes Electric-Security & Low Voltage." Together, Dennis and I have seven children, five biological and two adopted. As a family, we enjoy hiking, golfing, bicycle riding, and anything that takes us outdoors. We have two sons serving in the U.S. Army, one currently in Afghanistan, which we are especially proud of.
