Biography: South Shores Pet Clinic is located in the Harbor village shopping center. the practice is 52 years old and is now owned by the third concurrent group of owners, Dr. Van P. Steed and Dr. Mark J. Weimer.  In 1994, Dr. Steed formed a partnership with Mark J. Weimer, DVM and officially took co-ownership with Dr. Weimer of South Shore Pet Clinic. Since then, Dr.'s Steed and Weimer have delivered unsurpassed quality state of the art Veterinarian Services to dogs, cats, and other small domestic animals and exotics to the San Pedro and surrounding South Bay communities.
