Professional Record Storage is a privately owned and operated business maintaining confidential documents for clients since 1992. We primarily serve communities in the Antelope Valley area. (Acton, California City, Hesperia, Lancaster, Littlerock, Newhall, Palmdale, Rosamond, Santa Clarita, Tehachapi, Valencia, Victorville, and surrounding areas. We provide storage and maintenance of all cubic-foot size boxes, pickup, delivery, and destruction services for a variety of professional businesses including hospitals, medical offices, clinics, law practices and accounting firms. We accept many sensitive items for storage such as medical charts, payroll documents, personnel and risk management files, legal, financial, and other administrative information. We do not accept hazardous or combustible materials at our facility. Our building is fully equipped with overhead sprinklers and an infrared motion detection system monitored 24-hours a day by the local Fire and Police Departments. We store boxes on earthquake-rated iron racking required in California that allows easy access to records. Our facility is well-maintained and organized for quick retrieval and re-filing of stored materials. We utilize a specialized computer program to maintain and track items in storage and will provide clients with an annual print-out of all records that have been sent to our facility.
