The Rivertown Center for Yoga & Health is the only Kripalu-affiliated yoga studio located in picturesque Westchester County, NY serving the Rivertowns of Dobbs Ferry, Hastings on Hudson, Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and Irvington, NY.

For over 20 years, our compassionate and gentle approach has been offering students the opportunity to practice yoga, learn mindfulness and reconnect to body, mind and spirit.

Together, we are a sangha (community) where like-minded people gather to support one another and to deepen their practice. As such, we welcome YOU and your unique gifts for every one of us is a wave in the great ocean.
